Contract with Ecoquality House involves having a single interlocutor during the development of the entire project, from its conception and planning, during construction and in the management phase for all the legal process of it.


Architect, suveyor, engineer, topographic, study geotechnical, license Town Hall, technical municipal, light, water, gas, budgets, comparative, tender, management procedures, construction, installers, unforeseen, cleaning, design, interior design, furniture, delivery, warranties, safe decennial, land registry.

METHODOLOGY

Our aim is to realize the dreams of each client. They are the first thing, and a constant dialogue is the best way to define a custom project.

We take care of everything. When the conditions are established, we guide the customer and manage all the bureaucratic formalities.

Once we started the development of the project, we define with the client the qualities he want for his home based on his target price.

When the project ends, we ask all the required permissions to start the construction of the House.

Deliver housing in the agreed term, without unforeseen or additional costs, and in a period of less than a traditional construction.

At the end of the work, we deliver thekey in hand to the client, as well all the documentation of their new home.

LEAN + BIM

Ecoquality House promote collaborative planning between architects, engineers, builders and developers through the BIM – Building Information Modeling and Lean Construction.
These methodologies allow us to cover the entire project life cycle, boosting productivity and reducing costs, achieving a final result consistent and quality.
